5 Nights or more:
$295 per night.
If shorter
stay is available, pricing is as follows:
4 Nights: $315 per night.
2 or 3 Nights: $345 per night.
*5 Night minimum in
the summer season unless a smaller opening is available.
Oct. 1 - May 14:
5 Nights or more:
$175 per night.
4 Nights: $185 per night.
2 or 3 Nights: $200 per night.
*2 Night minimum stay
required with weekends requiring a 3 night stay.

Rates above are for
1 - 4 people, please add $20 per night for 5 - 6 people (pull-out
queen sleeper in family room will be prepared).
Pricing includes 2 bedrooms
with queen beds, full bath, living room, gourmet kitchen, dining room,
family room, full use of swimming pool, and hot tub. (Hold harmless
agreement required for pool and hot tub.) Housekeeping / breakfast,
if desired, is available at an additional cost.
Reservations:
· Minimum stays
for holiday periods and special events may be longer. Contact us
for particular minimum stay requirements.
· Check-in time
is by arrangement. Check-out time is 11:00 A.M.
· Sorry, no pets,
no smoking.
· 8.9% sales
tax not included in above rates.
· 50% deposit
required upon placement of reservation. Balance due upon arrival.
· Deposit and
balance payments, can be made by credit card, check, or money order / cash.
· Cancellation:
Booking deposits are refundable less a $35 handling fee up to 21 days prior
to arrival. Within 21 days prior to arrival, cancellation fee = total
for number of nights that are not able to be rebooked, up to a maximum
= to the 50% deposit. (Booking deposit is nonrefundable, if reservation
cannot be resold.)
